Any software that is made available to download from the Website is the copyrighted work of AKIPS and/or its Affiliates. It is a condition of use of the AKIPS Software (“Software”) that the user comply with the terms of the end user license agreement, which accompanies or is included with the Software (“End User License Agreement“). You may be required to agree to that End User License Agreement before using such Software.

Any use, reproduction or redistribution of the Software which is not in accordance with the End User License Agreement is expressly prohibited.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE SOFTWARE TO ANY OTHER SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED.

THE SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED, IF AT ALL, ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT. EXCEPT AS WARRANTED IN THE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, AKIPS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

4. NOTICE – Documents available on this Website
