With new features being added to our Network Monitoring platform December 18, there’s no way we could keep this quiet. Our engineering team has been working diligently to deliver on the needs of customers, and this latest release does just that, focusing on improving speed and accuracy, as well as new capabilities for searching anomalies, and creating customizable reports that can be tailored to individual stakeholder needs.

A Customized View, Tailored for You
When it comes to providing our users an intuitive, understandable, easily actionable experience, it starts with that first view. Our “custom dashboards” update provides users the network performance information they need in a way that best suits their preferences.
Introducing “Config Searcher” for Quicker Corrections
Simply put, if something in your network is not configured correctly, it’s a problem. And it’s a problem you need to know about right away. With Config Searcher, users are able to easily identify devices or other components of their network that need a configuration correction. Config Searcher helps keep a positive network hygiene by reviewing all configurations, informing users what isn’t correct.
No manual investigation process needed; users simply input queries, receive the appropriate information, and then take any necessary action. This also includes searching for anomalies, identifying them before it impacts network functionality and performance.
Easy Integration of New Devices
With the largest number of supported vendors in the industry, AKIPS’ integrations team is constantly adding the latest products and technologies as part of their regular platform management. Easy on-boarding is part of AKIPS’ core identity, and thus, when new devices enter the market, our team is prepared to review and add them, maintaining our status as a turnkey solution. We firmly believe that customers’ time is precious; addition and integration work should not be a time-consuming user task, but rather an AKIPS responsibility that is just one part of the critical, proactive way we support our customers.
